Shipping & Returns
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. All orders ship from the United States. Some items may take more time to prepare. Please contact the shop to find out when it will ship.
La Santera is not responsible for packages stolen, please file a claim with your courier.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (flowers)
- Digital downloads
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
