Ancestral Author Candle — La Santera

Light a candle. Honor a legacy. Reclaim your power.

Our Ancestral Author Candle Collection celebrates the revolutionary Black writers whose words have shaped our imaginations, challenged oppression, and reminded us that our stories are sacred. Each candle honors a literary ancestor whose work continues to inspire us to write, resist, dream, and live unapologetically.

Featuring James Baldwin, bell hooks, Octavia E. Butler, Audre Lorde, and June Jordan, these candles bring together the power of literature, ancestral remembrance, and intentional ritual.

Whether you’re creating a sacred space, setting intentions, building your altar, or making room for your next great idea, light your candle as an invitation to connect with the wisdom, courage, and creative fire of those who came before us.

Every flame is a reminder: the work continues, the ancestors are remembered, and our words have power.

Made for your rituals. Inspired by our literary ancestors. Created to keep the fire alive.

La Santera — Where ritual, resistance, and storytelling meet.
