Love & Liberation Meditation / Yoga Flow

This weekly session meets Wednesday mornings @ 6AM, fee is $10 (or pay what you can—no one will be turned away)

We are in an awakening, family. Life will never be the same after this moment. We are getting ready for battle. Right now more than ever we are being called to commit to and deepen our spiritual practices. Love and anger can in fact reside in the same place. May we continue to get ready spiritually. May we be intentional about the ways we are here to serve. I believe that we can change this world. We have a mission. Join me as we move towards a liberation centered on love. Ache' –
